  1. The Charter Yacht Company only collects your name, email addresses, and phone numbers to communicate with you when you have inquired with us, and to assist in answering your questions, and arranging your charter yacht vacation you have booked with us.

  2. We never use your phone number for sales, promotional, or market research calls or texts.

  3. By opting into SMS, you agree to receive SMS messages from The Charter Yacht Company. This includes SMS messages for questions, answers, and payment reminders.  Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Message HELP for help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.   

  4. SMS opt-in and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party and affiliates for marketing purposes

  5. We email a newsletter once a month, and you may opt in below or out at the bottom of the newsletter.​

  6. Your postal addresses are only used in Charter Agreements when necessary.

  7. Your passport information is only collected and shared when absolutely necessary, 

  8. We only share your contact information when necessary to assist in arranging your charter.

SMS Terms and Conditions

  1. SMS Consent Communication:
    The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

  2. Types of SMS Communications: If you have consented to receive text messages from The Charter Yacht Company, you may receive messages related to the following: payment reminders, and questions/answers related to your inquiry.
    Example: "Hello, this is a friendly reminder of your upcoming payment due on [Date] at [Time]. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from (Brand Name) at any time."

  3. Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 10 SMS messages per week related to your inquiries and payments.

  4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging: Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

  5. Opt-In Method: You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from The Charter Yacht Company in the following ways:
    By submitting an online form

  6. Opt-Out Method: You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list
